Job summary

Medcor is seeking an EMT or Paramedic to serve as Clinic Manager at our construction-site clinic in Del Valle, TX. This full-time role oversees clinic operations, patient care, and coordination with client stakeholders, HR, and safety teams. The position requires active licensure, CPR/BLS, and strong EMR and computer skills.

• Valid licensure and CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong computer and EMR software skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize clinic operations and workflows.
• Coordinate with client health, safety, HR and benefits teams.
• Manage patient care, case management, and RTW program support.
• Monitor OSHA records and documentation.
• Lead and develop clinic staff and scheduling.
