Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking two experienced Clinic Managers to oversee daily operations of outpatient healthcare clinics in the Southeast Los Angeles area. You will manage staff, support providers, and drive efficiency while ensuring excellent patient experiences.

This leadership role requires strong supervision, knowledge of healthcare regulations, and the ability to travel locally within Los Angeles County as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinic or healthcare management experience.
• Clinical background preferred (MA, LVN, RN, or equivalent).
• Experience supervising healthcare staff.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and patient flow.
• Manage clinical and administrative staff.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.

Clinic Manager (2 Openings) Location: Southeast Los Angeles Area Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 DOE Employment Type: Direct Hire Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Summary

A respected community healthcare organization is seeking two experienced Clinic Managers to oversee the daily operations of outpatient healthcare clinics. This leadership role is responsible for managing staff, supporting providers, improving operational efficiency, maintaining compliance, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and patient flow
