Job summary

Immediate Care of Oklahoma is seeking a Clinic Manager to supervise on-site clinic operations, train staff, and ensure quality care. You will oversee front desk, health access, benefits eligibility, medical, lab, x-ray, and referrals, guiding staff to deliver excellent service.

Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the clinic, including front desk, health access, benefits eligibility, medical, lab, x-ray, specialty referrals, etc. Clinic Manager is responsible for training staff in their roles and duties, providing daily guidance, and assisting them in developing their full potential. Clinic Manager will ensure customer satisfaction through proper staff training, adhering to company culture and policy, and acting as quality control.
