Qualifications

• Associate degree plus one year of experience in management of a health care program, or two years in a hospital Business Office, with at least one year in a hospital/doctors office and supervisory experience.
• Basic knowledge of business and clinic procedures.
• Ability to work effectively with groups, individuals, and physicians; familiarity with physician office machines and equipment.

• Supervises initiation of billing, posting daily charges and adjustments to outpatient accounts.
• Oversees preparation of daily bank deposits and income register; accounts for clinic cash receipts with the Business Office.

• Supervises preparation of daily bank deposits and preparation of daily income register; accounts for clinic cash receipts and deposits with Business Office daily.
• Supervises maintenance of clinic records and office expenditures.
• Coordinates activities within the clinic and various hospital departments.
• Selects, trains, evaluates, and disciplines clinic employees.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Associate degree plus one (1) year experience in the management of a segment of a health care program or, two (2) years experience in a hospital Business Office, one of which should be in a hospital/doctors office and at least one year of supervisory experience.
• Basic knowledge of business and clinic procedures.
• Ability to work and deal effectively and harmoniously with groups, individuals, and physicians and familiarity with physician's office machines and equipment.
