Job summary

ARcare is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep our clinics safe, functional, and patient-ready. You will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repairs, and minor improvements, supporting clinical operations with prompt responses to work orders and clear communication with staff.

This role requires hands-on maintenance across clinical spaces, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work across multiple ARcare sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years in building maintenance; healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to use basic hand tools; comfortable with CMMS and documenting work orders.
• Must be a self-starter, organized, and able to work with staff at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair facility issues including basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, doors/locks, lighting, and fixtures.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and clinic equipment.
• Work with vendors for work outside scope and escort on site when required.
• Maintain safety and HIPAA/privacy standards in clinical areas.
