Allina Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinic team in Minneapolis. The role provides support to providers, collects patient information, delivers patient care, and collaborates with the care team in an outpatient setting.

The position involves 10-hour day shifts with floating requirements and mileage reimbursement. The role requires an LPN license and associated qualifications; a starting bonus of $2,000 is available for eligible external talent, with no weekend

Formación

• Associate's or Vocational degree from a Board of Nursing approved LPN program.
• Two years clinic LPN experience (preferred).
• Licensed Practical Nurse MN BON or Licensed Practical Nurse Wisconsin (if Wisconsin or remote Wisconsin patients).
• BLS certification (American Heart Association, Red Cross, or in-house) within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Provides patient care support as delegated by Provider or RN.
• Administers therapies including medications and scheduling follow up visits.
• Rooms patients and measures vital signs; documents in medical record.
• Answers phones and coordinates appointments; documents encounters in EMR.
• Processes physician orders and assists with procedures and patient education.
