Job summary

Allina Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support providers in a clinic setting in Eden Prairie, MN. The role involves patient care, medication administration, and coordination of visits in a fast-paced outpatient environment.

We offer a $2,000 starting bonus for eligible external talent, 0.95 FTE (76 hours per 2-week pay period) on a day shift with no weekend rotation. LPN licensure in MN (and WI if applicable) is required or eligible.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree from a Board of Nursing approved LPN program.
• Current LPN license MN BON or WI if working in Wisconsin or interacting with Wisconsin patients remotely.
• Two years clinic LPN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care support as delegated by Provider or RN.
• Administers therapies including medications, scheduling follow up visits or other support.
• Coordinates patient flow and prepares exam rooms for physicians.
• Documents all encounters and patient interactions accurately in the EMR.
• Assists physician with procedures and ensures readiness of supplies.
