Job summary

Allina Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for outpatient clinic support in Cambridge. You will provide patient care, collect data, communicate with patients and care team, and assist providers in delivering timely, quality health services.

The role works an 8-hour day shift with no weekend rotation, in a clinic setting. Requires clinic LPN experience (preferred) and current LPN license with BLS certification, along with strong teamwork and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Requires an LPN credential and an approved nursing program.
• Active LPN license in MN or WI (depending on location).
• BLS certification required per unit/award.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and support as delegated by Provider or RN.
• Room patients, collect data, and document in EMR.
• Assist with physician procedures and care coordination.
• Maintain exam room readiness and supply levels.
