Allina Health is seeking a Lead LPN for our Cambridge/Isanti clinics. The role provides leadership to clinic LPN staff while supporting providers in delivering timely, quality care in an outpatient setting.

The position emphasizes data collection, patient rooming, prescription management, and accurate charting in the electronic medical record, with responsibilities across multiple providers and a 32-hour biweekly schedule.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree from a Board of Nursing approved LPN program.
• 2 to 5 years of clinic LPN experience.
• 0 to 2 years of working with an electronic medical records program.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care support and assist providers as instructed by the physician, provider or RN.
• Room patients, manage patient flow, and record vital signs.
• Supervise, coach, and train LPN staff in partnership with clinic leadership.
• Handle patient phone calls and document encounters in the electronic medical record.
• Process physician orders and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain exam rooms and stock supplies.
