Allina Health in Minnesota and western Wisconsin is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a clinic setting. The role supports providers in delivering timely patient care in outpatient environments, with rooming, data collection and documentation responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree from an LPN program is required.
• Two years of clinic LPN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care support as delegated by Provider or RN.
• Administers therapies including medications, scheduling follow up visits or other support.
• Coordinates communication of medical information and confirms information with patient when necessary.
• Rooms patients, measures vital signs, and records data in the medical record.
• Assists physician with procedures and prepares medications as needed.
• Organizes patient flow to optimize physician time and follow up.
