Job summary

Allina Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support providers in a clinic setting, delivering timely, high-quality outpatient care. Responsibilities include collecting patient information, delivering patient care, and coordinating with the care team to ensure smooth operations.

This role is 1.0 FTE on day shifts, approximately 8 hours per shift, with no weekend work. Primary locations include Greenway and Eden Prairie, with occasional float to Bloomington and East Lake Street;

Qualifications

• LPN program completion and licensure required.
• Experience in clinic setting preferred but not required.
• BLS certification as per employer policy (varies by location).

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under supervision of Provider or RN.
• Assist with patient flow, vital signs, and rooming.
• Process physician orders and coordinate follow-up appointments.
