Job summary

Allina Health Cambridge Clinic is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for its primary care outpatient setting. This part-time role is 0.75 FTE (60 hours per two-week pay period) with a 7-hour day shift, Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:35 PM. There are no weekend duties in this position.

The LPN will provide patient care support, administer therapies, assist with exams, document in the EMR, and coordinate care with the team to ensure smooth patient flow and timely follow-up visits.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree from a Board of Nursing approved LPN program.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (MN BON) license (WI license if interacting with Wisconsin patients).
• Two years clinic LPN experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care support as delegated by Provider or RN.
• Administers therapies including medications and scheduling follow-up visits.
• Rooms patients, manages patient flow and records vital signs in the EMR.
• Coordinates communication of medical information within the care team.
