Job summary

CentraCare Rice Memorial Hospital in Saint Cloud, MN is seeking an LPN or CMA to join our clinic team. The role includes patient rooming, communicating results to patients and providers, assisting with procedures, documenting in the EMR, and coordinating care under RN or Provider supervision.

Responsibilities also include telephone screening, administering medications and immunizations under supervision, recognizing urgent needs, and supporting daily clinic operations.

Qualifications

• LPN graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Minnesota LPN license.
• CMA or RMA graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Active CMA or RMA certification by one of recognized bodies.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient rooming for all types of clinic visits and communicate results to patients and providers.
• Assist Providers with clinic procedures and document in the EMR.
• Perform telephone screening and gather information for RN or Provider.
• Administer medications and immunizations under RN or Provider direction.
• Recognize patient abnormalities or urgent needs and seek appropriate assistance.
