Job summary

CentraCare Health in Saint Cloud, MN, is seeking a full-time Pediatrics support role in CentraCare Plaza. The position offers day shifts from 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, with 64 hours every two weeks.

Starting pay is between $22.85 and $34.25 per hour, with tuition reimbursement and college grant programs available as part of benefits. Qualified candidates will have at least a high school diploma and 3–5 years navigating complex healthcare systems, plus EPIC experience preferred.

Schedule:

• Full-time | 64 hours every two weeks | St. Cloud
• Day shift | 8am-4:30pm | Monday - Friday
• Starting pay begins at $22.85 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 3- 5 years of experience in navigating complex healthcare systems required
• Awareness of barriers for uninsured and underinsured patients preferred
• Knowledge of social services and community resources at the local, county, and state level for patients preferred
• Experience working with electronic health records (EPIC in particular) to document patient encounters preferred
• Strong verbal and written communications skills preferred
• If LPN:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Minnesota required
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider cared required per established policy
• CMA/RMA
  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program within 6 months of hire
  • Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) with one of the following:
    • American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)
    • American Medical Technologists (AMT)
    • NCMA through National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)
    • National Healthcareer Association (NHA)
    • American Registry of Medical Assistants (ARMA)
      • Must provide proof of pass notification prior to start with verification of official certification or registration within 3 months of exam date.
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider cared required per established policy
