Zusammenfassung

CentraCare Health in Saint Cloud, MN is seeking LPN or CMA professionals to support clinic operations, patient rooming, and documentation in the EMR. You will assist Providers with procedures, perform telephone screenings, and communicate patient results to care teams, working 64 hours every two weeks in day shifts.

Starting pay varies by role and experience, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus for LPN and $2,000 for CMA, plus relocation assistance and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Minnesota required.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider required per established policy.
• High school diploma required for CMA/RMA.
• Completion of American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) or American Medical Technologists (AMT), NCMA, or National Health career Association (NHA) accredited program required.
• Must provide proof of pass notification prior to start with verification of official certification or registration within 3 months of exam date.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider required per established policy

Aufgaben

• Provide patient rooming for all types of clinic visits.
• Communicate results and pertinent medical information to patients and providers.
• Assist in assuring day-to-day activities of the clinic are completed timely and efficiently.
• Assist Providers with clinic procedures and document procedures in the EMR.
• Perform telephone screening and gather information from patients to communicate to the RN or Provider.
• Administer appropriate medications and immunizations to patients under direction of the RN or provider.
• Recognize patient’s abnormalities or urgent care needs and seek appropriate assistance.
