The role emphasizes strong communication, clinic leadership, and proficiency with Athenahealth EMR to ensure quality care and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Patient Care Coordinator or in a clinic coordination role.
• Podiatry or Orthopedic clinic experience preferred.
• Proficient with medical terminology and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations and daily staffing to ensure patient flow.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard non-provider clinical staff; manage performance.
• Monitor clinic KPIs with Regional Manager and drive improvements.
• Coordinate patient enrollment and engagement in Upperline Plus program.
• Facilitate daily clinic huddles and maintain a positive team culture.
• Ensure high-quality patient experiences and accurate EMR documentation.
