Qualifications

• Experience as a Patient Care Coordinator.
• Podiatry or Orthopedic clinic experience preferred.
• Excellent computer skills and knowledge of medical terminology.
• Experience with Athenahealth EMR.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background check and drug test.
• Proven leadership with stable work history.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care coordination and clinic operations.
• Oversee enrollment and engagement in Upperline Plus care program.
• Staff clinics across market as needed.
• Recruit and hire non-provider clinical roles; manage performance and onboarding.
• Monitor clinic KPIs—clinical, operational, financial.
• Lead daily clinic huddles.
• Oversee scheduling templates and high-risk patient follow-up.
• Foster positive clinic culture and collaboration.
• Support regional leadership with corporate initiatives.
• Complete monthly audits of clinic operations and EMR documentation.
• Ensure patient experience metrics.
• Maintain clinic licenses.
