Hometown Urgent Care seeks an experienced Clinic Lead to supervise and develop the site team while remaining engaged in clinical support. You will partner with the Regional Manager to coach staff, optimize workflows, and ensure adherence to policies and safety standards.

In this role you will monitor patient flow, reduce wait times, and help drive KPIs such as satisfaction and visit volume. A strong leadership background and CPR certification are required for success.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a physician practice or clinic setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills and EMR proficiency.
• Ability to work independently with professional judgment.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Assists and identifies opportunities for improvement and executes improvement plans approved by the Regional Manager.
• Supervises orientation, training, and cross training of site team members with the Regional Manager.
• Coaches and trains clinic staff, and leads daily briefings and monthly meetings.
• Manages staffing levels with Regional Manager to ensure adequate coverage.
• Monitors patient flow, wait times, and overall site efficiency to maintain high‑quality care.
• Oversees patient rooming, discharge, and callbacks per scripts and protocols.
• Ensures OSHA compliance and maintenance schedules for equipment.
• Tracks KPIs like patient satisfaction, visits, and expenditures.
