ConvenientMD LLC seeks a Lead Nurse Practitioner to mentor staff, lead clinical care, and enhance patient outcomes in our urgent care clinic. You will oversee assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans while ensuring top-quality, efficient care.

The role requires the NP credential, DEA license, and BLS; leadership and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team are essential for success. Strong EMR and office software skills are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree and NP certification with DEA license.
• BLS certification required; ACLS not accepted.
• Clinical leadership experience in urgent care or emergency settings is preferred.

• Lead clinical staff and mentor new-grad providers in the urgent care clinic.
• Provide patient-centered care including health assessments and treatment.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with EMR and policies.
• Collaborate with the team to plan dispositions and transfers as needed.
