Job summary
Heritage Medical Associates seeks an IT Field Support Technician to install software, repair and maintain workstations, and manage IT equipment across multiple clinic locations. You will support daily IT requests, assist with larger projects, and collaborate with physicians, staff, and patients.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years of field service, strong Windows experience, and knowledge of enterprise networks and virtualization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years proven field service experience.
- 2+ years experience supporting Microsoft Windows.
- Hands-on experience with hardware and software installations.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and communication.
- Knowledge of enterprise network technologies.
- Advanced knowledge of virtualization & data center technologies.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and respond during outages.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site desktop support at 12+ locations across multiple counties.
- Assist with hardware, software, and IT equipment deployment.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Install laptops, desktops, printers, phones, and perform patches.
- Maintain inventory and documentation; support patient care workflows.
- Coordinate with vendors and IT staff to minimize disruption during maintenance.
