Responsibilities

• Prepare for next day, same day and walk-in appointments.
• Provide all necessary paperwork for patients and review for completeness.
• Enter patient information in the EHR accurately.
• Finalize visits through payment processing and charge verification.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Follow PCMH policies and procedures.
• Report to scheduled work sites and shifts as directed by supervisor.
• Engage in training and respond to feedback from supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
