Job summary

Baptist Health Arkansas’ BH Family Med Residency Clinic in Little Rock is seeking a Clinic Office Representative to warmly greet patients, check them in, answer calls, and help schedule appointments. You will also assist with basic record-keeping and front-desk duties in a busy outpatient clinic.

This daytime, on-site role supports patient flow, requires reliable customer service, and accurate data entry. A high school diploma or GED is required; clinic experience and strong keyboard skills

Qualifications

• HS Diploma and/or GED Equivalent.
• Previous clinic experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service/interpersonal communication skills.
• Minimal typing skills (35-40 wpm).
