Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy is seeking a Clinic Service Coordinator to oversee front desk responsibilities, manage communications with families and staff, and ensure a welcoming, organized clinic environment.

The role supports the Regional Clinic Operations Manager in maintaining smooth operations and may involve tour duties, vendor liaison, and ensuring a tour-ready clinic at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior customer service/front-desk experience preferred, healthcare setting a plus.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for families, staff and visitors at the front desk.
• Manage check-in/check-out, phone lines, voicemails and emails, and support daily patient flow.
• Collect, record and reconcile time-of-service payments (copays, deposits).
• Maintain clinic cleanliness, organization, and supply readiness; report needs.
• Direct families and staff to internal resources and provide tours as needed.
• Act as on-site liaison for contractors and vendors; ensure tour-ready clinic.
