Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a health, medical or social service setting or one year supervisory experience.
• Planned Parenthood or family planning experience preferred.
• High school level education and above are welcomed to apply

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a system for optimal center flow in partnership with Center Management
• Ensure productivity benchmarks and positive patient experience
• Maximize clinician productivity by keeping patient charts and rooms filled
• Monitor wait times and triage prioritization during busy periods
• Coordinate staff schedules and daily allocations to ensure smooth operation
• Address walk-ins, late patients and emergency appointments as needed
• Provide feedback to Center Management on flow, staffing and scheduling
• Facilitate communication between front and back office to uphold teamwork
