Granger Medical Clinic is seeking a Facilities Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance across multiple locations. You will respond to work orders, troubleshoot facility issues, and support moves and projects to keep clinics safe and functional.

The role travels between Granger locations and works closely with Facilities staff and clinic teams to minimize disruption to patient care. Strong mechanical aptitude and reliability are essential for success.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience in facilities maintenance is preferred but not required.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing training is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Performs routine preventive and corrective maintenance across Granger Medical Clinic locations.
• Responds to assigned facility work orders, evaluates issues, completes repairs, and informs the Facilities Manager of unresolved items.
• Assists with office and furniture moves, installations, and projects as assigned.
• Uses the CMMS to document work orders, materials, and equipment condition.
• Coordinates with clinic staff to minimize disruption to patient care and clinic operations.
