Responsibilities

• Clean assigned work areas efficiently and effectively.
• Assist with heavy loads and moving items between sites.
• Perform grounds maintenance including snow and ice removal equipment operation.
• Perform light maintenance repairs (bulbs, touch-ups, minor plumbing/carpentry).
• Support building security and fire alarm procedures; respond to after-hours calls as directed.
• Drive and maintain company vehicles.
• Deliver CBHA mail between sites and to off-site storage.
• Uphold CBHA policies and confidentiality at all times.
