Washington State Department of Social and Health Services is seeking a Custodian 1 at the Lake Burien Transitional Care Facility. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, with responsibilities spanning cleaning, sanitation, and basic upkeep.

The position includes on-site work with potential premium pay for on-site hours and shift differentials for evenings and nights, supporting a stable schedule from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Qualificações

• A valid state driver’s license is required.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and follow written and oral instructions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and sanitize multiple building areas, rooms, and facilities.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Set up and take down equipment and furnishings and perform minor maintenance tasks.
