Qualifications

• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Experience in leadership or management roles is required or highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own overall clinic performance, including revenue, profitability, client experience, and team execution.
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for all clinic operations.
• Lead the clinic with an ownership mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Coach team members on client consultations, service recommendations, rebooking, and membership conversations.
• Build relationships that drive client trust, engagement, retention, referrals, and long-term loyalty.
• Partner with corporate leadership on promotional campaigns and business development initiatives.
