Qualifications

• Current New Hampshire Physical Therapist license in good standing
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care as Clinic Director while supporting daily operations
• Lead staff hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews
• Mentor staff to promote high performance and professional growth
• Manage clinic schedules, productivity, and accessibility for patients
• Ensure compliant documentation and quality assurance in chart reviews
• Collaborate with referral sources and healthcare providers to optimize patient care
