CPTE, Center for Physical Therapy and Exercise, Hudson NH, is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join as Clinic Director. You’ll provide patient care while guiding clinic operations and leading a collaborative team.

As a PT-owned practice with 35+ years in Southern NH, CPTE offers mentorship, ongoing professional development, and a networked support structure through Fusion Physical Therapy Partners, plus competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist license in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care and manage daily clinic operations
• Staff management, hiring, training, and onboarding of new team members
• Lead regular clinic staff meetings and mentor staff for high performance
• Maintain a full caseload while delivering high-quality, evidenced-based care
• Coordinate with leadership to resolve issues and drive improvements in care and operations
• Track KPIs, prepare weekly reports on visits, utilization, and schedule efficiency
• Support community outreach, marketing, and program development
