Center for Physical Therapy and Exercise (CPTE), a PT-owned practice in Southern New Hampshire, invites a motivated Physical Therapist to join as Assistant Clinic Director in Pelham. The role balances patient care with leadership and operations, offering mentorship, ongoing professional growth, and a pathway to clinic leadership within Fusion Physical Therapy Partners.

The position emphasizes collaboration with PTs, PTAs, and staff, and provides a supportive environment for developing leadership

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active state PT license in good standing (or eligibility).
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient orthopedic clinic experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered approach.
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Balance patient care, leadership, and operations to support a high-performing clinic.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care with a full, productive caseload.
• Participate in mentorship, onboarding, and knowledge-sharing across the team.
• Support clinic growth through patient experience and community outreach.
• Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, aides, and front-office staff to ensure clinic success.
