Qualifications

• CAPTE-accredited PT program graduate.
• Active state PT license in good standing (or eligible).
• 2+ years of outpatient orthopedic clinic experience.

Responsibilities

• Balance patient care, leadership, and operations to support a high-performing clinic.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care with a full caseload.
• Lead and mentor PTs, PTAs, aides, and front office staff.
• Support clinic growth through patient experience and community outreach.
• Utilize Prompt EMR with AI-scribing for compliant, speedy documentation.
