Fusion Physical Therapy Partners in Pelham, NH, is seeking an Assistant Clinic Director who will balance patient care, leadership, and operations to support a high-performing clinic and an exceptional patient experience.

You will mentor PTs and PTAs, optimize scheduling and documentation, participate in quality initiatives, and contribute to community outreach as part of our New England network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Active state PT license in good standing (or eligibility for licensure).
• 2+ years in outpatient orthopedic clinics.
• Strong clinical judgment with a patient-centered, evidence-based approach.
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills.
• Ownership, accountability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care with a full caseload.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation aligned with compliance standards.
• Address patient concerns to drive outcomes and satisfaction.
• Participate in quality initiatives and outcome tracking.
• Collaborate with referral sources and providers for continuity of care.
• Support clinic flow, scheduling, and patient access.
