Job summary

Peak Physical Therapy & Sports Performance in New England is seeking a Clinic Director to lead a designated clinic with autonomy and operational support. You will oversee patient care, drive growth, mentor staff, and manage financial performance while maintaining a patient-centered approach.

This leadership role features an uncapped bonus potential, a $15K professional development budget, student loan assistance until loans are paid, and relocation support where applicable.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of clinical experience, with leadership or management experience preferred.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver innovative, high-quality, evidence-based care at the clinic level.
• Lead the clinic with autonomy backed by operational support and dashboards.
• Drive clinic growth and maintain a patient-centered approach while mentoring team members.
