Highbar Physical Therapy in the Boston area is seeking a Clinic Director to act as the CEO of your own clinic, with a lower patient volume and uncapped bonus potential. You will lead operations, mentor clinicians, and ensure outstanding patient care while benefiting from strategic support from our services team.

Salary ranges from 80,000 to 100,000 USD base with a substantial in-house development budget and student loan assistance, plus comprehensive benefits and relocation support where

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current PT license or eligibility to obtain one.
• 2–4+ years of clinical experience with leadership or management preferred.
