Job summary

Peak Physical Therapy & Sports Performance, now a Highbar Practice, is seeking a Clinic Director to lead a designated clinic as CEO with support from a shared services team.

You'll manage patient care, drive clinical excellence, mentor staff, and maintain a patient caseload under 12 per day while accessing a $15K in-house professional development budget and student loan assistance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one.
• 2-4+ years of clinical experience, with leadership or management experience preferred.
• Passion for patient-centered care and team development.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to drive clinic growth and operational success.
