Joint Ventures Physical Therapy, part of Highbar's teaching practice, is seeking Clinic Directors to lead a New England clinic with autonomy and strong support. As CEO of your designated clinic, you’ll manage operations, patient experience, and clinical excellence, while maintaining a balanced workload and uncapped bonus potential.

Qualifications include a CAPTE-accredited PT degree, current license or eligibility, 2–4+ years with leadership experience, and a passion for growth and mentorship.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one.
• 2–4+ years of clinical experience with leadership or management preferred.
• Strong business acumen with ability to drive clinic growth and operational success.
• Passion for patient-centered care and team development.
