Job summary

Peak Physical Therapy & Sports Performance, now part of Highbar Practice, is seeking a Clinic Director to lead a designated New England clinic with the autonomy to drive clinical excellence. You will oversee patient care, mentor staff, and collaborate with leadership to ensure quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 2–4+ years of clinical experience with leadership experience, a CAPTE-accredited PT degree, and strong business acumen to grow the clinic while maintaining exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one.
• 2-4+ years of clinical experience, with leadership or management experience preferred.
• Passion for patient-centered care and team development.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to drive clinic growth and operational success.
