Job summary

Peak Physical Therapy & Sports Performance, now part of Highbar, is seeking a Pediatrics Specialist to provide 1:1 pediatric care in a supportive setting. You’ll work with a team using AI-driven documentation and Prompt EMR to maximize patient time with clinicians.

You’ll have access to a Pediatric Development Pathway, mentorship, and generous professional development and loan-repayment options while maintaining a balanced caseload and collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Embraces a creative, collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
• Experienced with or eager to grow into working with children (pediatric clinical rotation or relevant experience preferred).
• Must be comfortable moving with kids and performing exercises in a child-friendly way; some heavy lifting may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care with pediatric patients.
• Utilize AI-supported EMR to reduce after-hours charting.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Participate in Pediatric Clinical Development Pathway and mentorship programs.

What You'll Need:

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program

Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals

Interpret nonverbal cues, body language, and behavioral signals to guide treatment and build trust with pediatric patients.

$80,000 - $100,000 a year
