Job summary

Ivy Health currently seeks an outpatient pediatric Clinic Director to oversee the clinic’s operations and lead both clinical and non-clinical staff. You will ensure personalized patient plans of care and drive program development in collaboration with medical professionals.

Healthcare leaders will mentor teams, promote growth, and uphold exceptional patient outcomes while integrating new resources and mentorship within a supportive, autonomous environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical, Occupational, or Speech Language Pathology therapy program.
• Current licensure as a PT, OT, or SLP in the respective state.
• Proven leadership experience directing clinical teams and initiatives.

Job Description:

Our Clinic Directors oversee all aspects of the clinic operations, manage clinical and non-clinical staff, and work with patients to provide individualized treatment and plans of care. Clinic Directors play a pivotal role in promoting efficient service utilization and program development, collaborating with digital marketing strategies, and fostering communication with medical professionals and stakeholders to enhance service standards within the local community. With a commitment to cultivating excellence in patient care, Clinic Directors lead in facilitating and participating in continuing education, while also providing mentorship and individualized support to enhance team performance. Compensation Range: $80,000 - $90,000 annual salary
