Job summary

Spine & Sport Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Director for our outpatient ortho clinic in Studio City. The role oversees all clinic operations, staff management, scheduling, budgeting, and patient flow to drive growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician in state (PT/OT/PTA/OTA) with active licensure.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, with at least 1 year in supervisory/managerial role.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy or PTA/OTA program completion.
• CPR certification and any state-required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations, budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and patient flow.
• Set annual goals and drive clinic profitability and patient satisfaction.
• Foster a positive clinic culture and resolve operational challenges.
• Communicate with Front Office and Business Development about referral trends.
• Review financials and make real-time corrective adjustments (bad debt, no-shows).
• Establish 1:1 and team meetings to motivate and develop staff.
• Escalate issues promptly and use dashboards/EHR to determine actions.
• Make staffing decisions based on business input.
