Kidz Therapy Zone (MetroEHS) in Chambersburg, PA seeks a Clinic Director-BCBA to lead clinical operations and programs. This role oversees a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team delivering pediatric therapies and supervising staff within a clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential and PA state licensure; willingness to obtain Michigan credentialing if applicable.
• Comfort with remote supervision/family training for CPT code 97155/97156 with transition to center-based model.
• 5+ years as a practicing clinician with 1+ year(s) of managing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of therapists and staff, providing weekly training and mentorship.
• Oversee therapy services (OT/PT/SLP/ABA/Mental Health, Nutrition) to ensure high-quality care.
• Drive scheduling, staffing, and financial performance to maximize clinic success.
• Foster growth through training, development, and ongoing support for clinicians.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience in a family-centered environment.
• Utilize KPIs to guide clinic improvements and maintain best practices.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement policies that improve efficiency and compliance.
