Job summary

Kidology,inc. seeks a Clinical Director to lead its two pediatric therapy practices in Southampton, PA and Northeast PA. You will oversee a high-volume, multidisciplinary team of OT, PT, and SLP, bridging excellent patient care with strong operational performance.

The ideal candidate will foster team culture, identify unmet clinical needs, optimize clinician productivity, and drive program development and revenue growth across both locations.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT, OT, or SLP active in PA (preferred).
• Or a Master's in Healthcare Administration with pediatric therapy management experience.
• 3+ years pediatric clinical experience.
• 2+ years leadership in outpatient setting.
• Proven productivity and program growth track record.

Responsibilities

• Culture & retention: build a supportive, engaging environment that boosts morale and retention.
• Mentorship: provide clinical guidance, regular 1-on-1 coaching, and professional development for OT, PT, SLP.
• Cross-disciplinary collaboration: drive co-treatments, evaluations, and cross-referrals across OT, PT, SLP.
