Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential and PA licensure.
• Willingness to obtain Michigan credentialing if applicable.
• 5+ years as a practicing clinician with 1+ year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of therapists.
• Oversee therapy services across OT/PT/SLP/ABA/Mental Health.
• Optimize scheduling, staffing, and financial performance.
• Provide training and ongoing support to clinicians.
• Promote a positive, family-centered client experience.
• Monitor KPIs to drive clinic improvements.
