Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible licensure as Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapist in the applicable state.
• Leadership and people-management capabilities are valued for clinic leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a dedicated team aligned with ATI's mission and patient-centered care.
• Manage daily clinic operations including payroll, time off approvals, and staff scheduling.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to address patient concerns and maintain a supportive environment.
• Meet or exceed operational performance goals for productivity, scheduling, and patient outcomes.
• Support change management and serve as a liaison between corporate communications and the clinic team.
• Conduct performance discussions, annual reviews, and development plans for staff.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop outcome-focused treatment plans.
• Build relationships with patients, the community, and referral sources.
