ATI Physical Therapy in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Clinic Director who is a licensed Physical Therapist, PTA, or OT. You will lead a patient-centered clinic, oversee operations, payroll, scheduling, and staff development while upholding ATI's mission to deliver exceptional care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher professional degree in physical therapy, physical therapy assistant, or occupational therapy.
• Current professional licensure in state where applying (PT/PTA/OT).

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a dedicated clinic team aligned with ATI's mission.
• Manage daily clinic operations including payroll, time off approvals, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with clinic team to address patient concerns and maintain a supportive environment.
• Meet or exceed operational performance goals (productivity, scheduling, patient care).
• Lead change management and communicate key messages between corporate and clinic teams.
• Oversee staff development and performance reviews with feedback and improvement plans.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop outcome-focused treatment plans.
• Foster relationships with patients, community, and referral sources.
