Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness in Wisconsin is seeking a Clinic Director to lead a therapy team within our senior living communities. You will supervise clinicians, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality, person-centered care while guiding daily clinic operations.

You will partner with community leaders to strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model, coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services, and develop programs that improve resident engagement and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT/PTA/OT/COTA/SLP).
• Experience leading teams or programs in senior care preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care.
• Mentor clinicians and support their clinical growth.
• Partner with community leadership to implement EmpowerMe 360.
• Build relationships to drive resident engagement, participation, and enrollment.

• Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care
• Mentor and support clinicians, helping them grow in their clinical skills and confidence
• Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model
• Build strong relationships that drive resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment
• Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services to ensure a seamless resident experience
• Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement
