EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a Clinic Director in Bradenton, FL to lead therapy teams across our community sites. You’ll mentor clinicians, shape care delivery, and drive the EmpowerMe 360 model to keep residents active, independent, and connected.

You’ll partner with community leadership to coordinate therapy, wellness, and medical services, ensuring a seamless resident experience. The role blends hands-on care with leadership and program quality improvements.

Formación

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal).
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred.
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit.
• A desire to lead, connect, and be visible in your community.
