Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a Clinic Director to lead and shape care delivery across our community-based clinics. You will guide your therapy team, foster trusted relationships with residents and their families, and help residents stay active, independent, and supported.

As a Clinic Director, you will mentor clinicians, align with community leadership, and contribute to program development and quality improvement while staying hands-on with residents and your team.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP)
• Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal)
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit
• A desire to lead, connect, and be visible in your community

Responsibilities
