Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a Clinic Director to lead clinical teams in senior living communities across Missouri. You’ll provide therapy services while guiding your team, building trusted relationships with residents and families, and coordinating care across therapy, wellness, and medical services.

You’ll mentor clinicians, partner with community leadership to expand the EmpowerMe 360 model, drive participation and enrollment, and shape program development and quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal).
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred.
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit.
• A desire to lead, connect, and be visible in your community.

Responsibilities
